DRAFT FOR OWNER AND LEGAL REVIEW · OCTOBER 19, 2026
Your information.
What this notice covers
This draft describes the INSYNC website inquiry flow. It is not a notice for a separate client portal or credit-report service. Before publication, INSYNC must confirm its legal entity, service-provider arrangements and retention schedule.
Information you choose to share
The intake collects your full name, email, state or territory, optional phone number, selected reason for contacting us, goal and personal goal timing, self-reported score range, credit-report access, prior credit-repair experience, optional concerns, contact preference, how you heard about us, optional referral detail, and an optional short question. It offers “not sure” and private-answer choices. It also records your permission to receive a response, a submission time and a reference number. “Other” requires a short description of the source.
Keep sensitive information out
Do not enter or email Social Security numbers, dates of birth, credit reports, account numbers, passwords, payment details or financial documents. This inquiry form does not accept uploads or payments.
How the inquiry is handled
The production intake code stores answers in the website’s private Cloudflare D1 database. Resend delivers the inquiry to hello@insynccredit.com, with your email as the reply address. This allows INSYNC to review and respond. There is no public lead-list page or public read API. The local design preview does not send or save form answers.
The required permission covers email about this inquiry. If you request a phone call, we separately record your permission for an inquiry call to your supplied number. Submitting does not enroll you in a service or subscribe you to marketing. The form does not request permission for texts, automated calls or unrelated promotional calls.
Website measurement
The existing analytics controls are retained. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics can receive website events, device information and cookie identifiers. The measurement code excludes your name, email, form answers and submission reference, and removes URL query strings and fragments. Advertising personalization, Google signals and automatic form tracking are disabled.
The analytics tag loads only after permission. Analytics cookies expire after 90 days; the browser remembers your choice for up to 180 days. Change the choice using “Analytics choices” in the footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep analytics off. Hosting services may process technical request information for operation and security.
Instagram and Facebook
Social links open the relevant platform. Instagram media loads only when you select “Show Instagram posts.” Loading media can disclose technical request details, such as your IP address, to Meta’s servers. No Meta advertising pixel has been added in this concept. A live Facebook feed is not connected.
Retention and your choices
Needs Business Review: INSYNC must approve how long it retains inquiries, email copies and backups, who can access them, and how deletion requests are carried out. A retention period has not been invented for this draft.
To request access, correction or deletion, or to stop inquiry follow-up, email hello@insynccredit.com. Applicable rights and any required exceptions depend on your location and the law. INSYNC must confirm a documented response process before publication.
